(New Written Interview) Yung KrazyLegz Talks Music And being An Artist With CeezWorld

1 Yung KrazyLegz, how long have you been doing music?

I have been interested in music my whole life. From vibing to it, to writing lyrics and short poems. I have been recording professionally and in the industry for about 5-8 years now.
2. Yung KrazyLegz, break down your style and sound?

My style of music consists of trap and drill. Me being from Chicago, I was raised listening to this type of sound and lifestyle. I'm not saying this is the only sound I have to offer. I like to be versatile and collab with a variety of artists that have their own style as well. As long as it has to do with music, I'm there to add my own sauce to the mix.
3. Yung KrazyLegz, what do you feel are the pro's and con's of being a hip hop artist in today's time?

There are many highs and lows to this industry just like any other industry. One thing that many people don't understand is that this lifestyle is not always flashing cameras and glamour. Behind the scenes, us artists encounter many personal struggles alone. At times the pressure can mess with your head and whole persona. Other times, those struggles can empower us and make us stronger. An upside to this that I believe every artist can agree on is that you have the ability to connect with others from all over the world on a global scale, and make a difference in their lives. Many people relate to my struggle and I can relate to theirs as well. When they tell me that I inspire them or motivate them in one way or another, that brings a great feeling and joy to my heart. The simple fact that we connected and bonded on a personal level, gives me the strength to keep going.
4. Yung KrazyLegz, You just dropped a single called "Run It Up." What is the concept behind this record and how did the song come about?

The concept of Run It Up is simple. It means to just "go and get it." Whatever it may be, all you have to do is get up everyday with a plan to achieve whatever you have in mind. Whether it's a short term goal or long term goal. You don't have to be rich to accomplish your dreams. You just need to have the mentality of a winner and a vision in hand to start. Everything else will fall into place in due time. How this song came to be is that I was looking around for a new beat for a new project. I happen to land on Polo Boy Shawty 's page and as soon as I heard it, I said to myself "This is the one." He provided me with the hook and instrumental and I just rolled with it. Then I hit up Stunt Taylor to see if he was down to jump on a verse and from there everything else just fell into place.
5. Yung KrazyLegz, what do you feel "Run It Up" will bring to the music industry?

I think Run It Up will bring a little extra sauce to the industry. You know when you go to a fast food restaurant and you ask for some extra sauce on the side? Well this is that extra sauce made from the right ingredients to bring the right flavor and extra kick.
6. Yung KrazyLegz, what is your 5 year game plan and where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My 5 year game plan is to keep making music, keep bringing ideas to the table, keep inspiring people. Everything I am doing now, just on a larger platform.
7. Yung krazyLegz, Name your top 5 artist in the game and why they are your top 5?

My top 5 favorite artists, not in specific order include : 50 Cent, Jay - Z, Eminem, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne. I'm a 90s baby and these are the artists I grew up on and looked up to as a child. I still look up to them to this day and It be dope to collaborate with them in the near future
